Attention to Intention: Activating Awareness of THOUGHT!

In my experience, which, the flow of energy comes from TRULY understanding the EMOTION you are in, which is why, it is RECOMMENDED that you REMAIN in the flow of Gratitude.
In the flow of Gratitude, you are able to SEE things as they are... JUST AS THEY ARE. It is also important that you ask yourself a question with your eyes closed... WHAT IS IT THAT I MOST WANT IN THIS MOMENT? write it down... that which you WRITE becomes the foundation of the INTENTION.
ONCE WRITTEN... follow it through with "In Gratitude to ALL THAT IS for ALL THAT IS"
This is a 5 minute activation exercise... the awesomeness of this process is... once you've initiated this process... YOU BRING YOURSELF into the true AWARENESS of that which you are INTENDING!
To know... if the PROCESS IS WORKING in set in motion... quickly write down (in honesty) the first thoughts that come to your mind... these are your guides! To each person, depending on the AWARENESS of the EMOTION of the PRESENT moment... this experience will continue to draw your AWARENESS to your TRUE CONNECTION with your INTENTION... and in the PROCESS, guides to MANIFESTING or RESISTING the Manifestation!
