10150 tokens of light… filling the space between GIVING and RECEIVING

When we decided to experiment with Santa Workshop Diwali, we intended to let the LIGHT we were celebrating guide us! We knew, that this wasn’t any ordinary intent, we understood that it wouldn’t be easy… yet we said… “let’s spread light” and YES, we were surprised… joyfully… at how much we got to learn from this one experiment… we set a new trend, a little silently… as people celebrated the festival of lights all around the city and gifts were exchanging hearts and hands at the frequency of light…

At the centre we were wrapping up “tokens of light”, smiling away, singing… knowing it was all going to be very special, this year… there was going to be a new beginning for all of us. We knew, that in the melee of celebrations, there are still some who GIVE with so much joy… we knew that there were some truly special people, who’d love to GIVE, especially during Diwali… So, I picked up the phone on Murphy Raphael John… a dear friend and the President of R.O.P.I.O Foundation… and asked, if his team… would like to play Santa for Diwali and spread “tokens of light” in the city!! What I got… was a BIG “YES” and that is where it all began

Like every new concept, we did find our famous question marks and we did find our blank expressions and we did find so many people who said “why”… in the middle of the melee we found three very special people… Manni & Pooja & Rahul … all of whom said “yes” with enthusiasm. And we were on with Santa Workshop|Tokens of Light!!

The Workshop was an experience… filled with Light & Love! We wrapped 10,000 gifts and then went out distributing… this time, we got very confused looking people… who, once we chatted with… did smile! People were surprised to get little gifts, especially since they don’t associate Diwali with free gifts from strangers, much less a foundation. It is amazing, how excited people get when they receive and the richer experience is really for the children who play Santa… the empowered giving is something we can learn from. They don’t see the WHO of the receivers, they’re just super excited to be giving.

One of our Santa’s Ajay of R.O.P.I.O did find it a little strange, he was worried about people’s reactions and the fear of rejection… natural. Well, says a lot about the truth, that people are scared of receiving just as much as they are of giving. And especially, when it comes without a condition. The smiles, with which we distribute, in my understanding is the fine line that needs to be crossed by the receivers. Then came the idea, to spread the light through the one place, where people go to buy literature that will change their lives and a resounding yes from “Teksons Bookshop” made it possible for us to share the light and love with people who read… in this way creating a parallel example for them to experience Gratitude and Intent, that we all wish to learn and master. The grandest surprise, well, when my dear friend, Veer Suklecha, initiated a mini workshop in Mumbai… it gives me great joy to see the expansion of a small effort… that people were moved to experiment and experience the magic. Mumbai is where I was born, my deep intent, was to have this workshop in Mumbai too!! Manifested through a friend!! As I write this piece I am filled with a sense of AWE… watching an idea, complete itself and teach me to continue to do the work I do… It is a GIFT to follow a less trodden path… and it is priceless to RECEIVE,  everything I needed for completion… and I still feel there is so much to learn… so much to go L.I.V.E with… and the most important of all… WE HAVE SO MUCH WE MUST DO… to assist people to GIVE and RECEIVE!

Giving isn’t about the Have, Have Nots and the Have a lot! Giving isn’t about shades of grey, here we are, clearing the air, teaching some how to give and still others how to receive and we do all of this to create a more gratitude filled knowing, that it is still possible to receive without tags or cash commitments. We are so grateful for the people who contribute to the cause to make it possible for us, so, it is a fact, that there are generous givers, who enable the process and share of their have’s for others to receive. What a brilliant way to create again a sense of SURPRISE and a deeper knowing, that everything isn’t simply taken away from us… we do receive!!! And the question really is… “ARE WE OPEN TO RECEIVE”

As I look back at the learning of this workshop, a workshop you can surely look forward to NEXT year… a larger number of givers and receivers… shall come together to create more Gratitude. We have much to learn about receiving as we do about giving. The one core ingredient that makes it all possible is our Gratitude for what we already have and all that we’ll ever want… we must be ready to RECEIVE as well as GIVE!

There is so much not right with our world, everyday, we have enough news to let us know that. Then again, someday, on some street, there will be someone who hands you a tiny gift and wishes you light and love and in accepting this gift, you accept GOODNESS, for the intent that the funds were raised, the gifts wrapped and the warmth with which they are given… is an indication that God is watching out to GIVE to you and maybe, just maybe, you have forgotten how to RECEIVE!

For the promise is given to those who CLAIM it!!

I am … COMPLETE… COMPLETE… I am!!

We seek, we find and in finding we are COMPLETE!! When we are COMPLETE, we find that which we seek!

We wake up more aware of that which we “need to do” and oh the list is endless, we go about the motions of a day, still having a long list to complete… thoughts to fight… actions to justify… chores… more chores… till we lay back in bed… too tired to dream… too worried about tomorrow to sleep peacefully enough… and if …all is well… we begin to feel restless again… looking through the day in our minds… wondering if we have indeed forgotten something important… we get a feeling we have… and continue to fill in the blank space… with ANOTHER THING TO DO

Our greatest learning is, in the middle of a TWISTER, life throws at us! For the vibration of the words WE choose, truly begin to make sense… that is… if we’re willing to test their theories, their promises in the valley of doubt… too hard yet essential. The Grand revealing…  a sneak peak at the “COMPLETE”.

Created for you, by you and through you that the vibrational world maybe RE-Discovered, for in CREATION… ALL THAT IS… IS COMPLETE by definition that it IS CREATED!!

Testing COMPLETE is an experience, we don’t often try till we are CERTAIN Guess, that is the choice we make… to seek a GOOD FEELING from our CHECKLIST being ticked… therefore… COMPLETE!!

Then again, if you already checked off everything, the new identification… WHAT NEEDS to get DONE… if all is ALREADY DONE… which begins a new CHECKLIST… ha ha ha… and a checklist, keeps us GOING till we’re totally exhausted… till our mind is saturated… till our vision turns weak… and we’re too weak to even take another step… our bodies… then STOP functioning… making us STOP to CREATE AGAIN!! Yet, unless we do something drastically different… life seems to REPEAT itself, quite endlessly, offering another CHANCE to CHOOSE again… till we find the CHOICE that IS COMPLETE!!

We all seek COMPLETION… if that be the END… therefore, the inner need to constantly COMPLETE… and born of the NEED to COMPLETE… we COMPETE, COMPLIMENT, COMPARE, COMPUTE, COMPLICATE, COMPLY, COMPREHEND, COMPOSE, COMMIT and COMPLETELY lose the essence of STILLNESS long enough to KNOW that we ARE.

Why COMPLICATE COMPLETE Let’s just give it it’s RIGHT place in CREATION… for ALL THAT IS… IS COMPLETE!!

So, here’s a toast to COMPLETE…

I am COMPLETE

In my acknowledging my own COMPLETEness… I acknowledge CREATION within me and so, I can see you as COMPLETE…

I allow the vibration of COMPLETEness to radiate through me that I may see ALL THAT IS… as  COMPLETE.

As it was in the beginning of CREATION is NOW  COMPLETE and EVER SHALL BE… COMPLETE without END!!

The Secret of all ages… is in the VIBRATION of the name “JESUS”

“G’s US” or “G.E.E’s US” … that Gratitude is the best TEACHER ever!! That Gratitude is in the vibration of a thought… not in the projection of it.

“Gratitude is US”… Jesus!! For, me, all I have to do is take his name… and the VIBRATION of his name… REVEALS that which I must KNOW of GRATITUDE in that MOMENT!!   The vibration Jesus represents is the essence of pure gratitude… it’s all in the name… does have a deeper meaning. The vibration of the name of Jesus… so brilliant… that it is an EXPERIENCE in itself… D.E.E.P in vibration… the name of Jesus, itself has the abundance of creation…. the mystery of all time.

The vibration of the name of Jesus is the magic of all times… for in it is answer to an oft repeated question… “What’s in a name?” The meaning of his beautiful name… far deeper than the interpretations thus far, far more insightful than every book we’ve ever read… we can only imagine how blissful life can be when we understand the INTANGIBLE INFINITE wisdom of the ages… that has been presented to us in the JIG SAW of thoughts we receive when we begin to ALLOW the HOLY SPIRIT to REVEAL to us … that which… in our REALITY we already KNOW!! For we come from the same ONE source that created ALL THAT IS!!

Gratitude gives us the ALTITUDE we need to get a glimpse into the fascinating realm of KNOWING how perfectly “co-inspired” creation really is… Jesus speaks through us today… in accordance to our ASKING of him… delivered to us through the HOLY SPIRIT the all KNOWING sub-conscious… waiting for our CHOICE to channel this KNOWLEDGE to our CONSCIOUS KNOWING!!

The meaning of Jesus in my life has evolved over the years… and it’s impressive how… his place in my life has continued to expand into an understanding that is immensely radiating through my life… and in KNOWING that… makes it so much easier to begin to decipher the code mentally… that life may continue to REVEAL to me… and through me!

Last week… the PRESENT CONTINUOS tense… revealed another secret … we use soooooooooo many words in our vocabulary that end in “ING” … Loving, Giving, Living, Being, Having, Hating, Knowing, Writing, Eating, Meaning, Discriminating, Debating, Walking, Talking, Laughing, Gossiping, meeting, praying…. well I am sure, you’ve just gone into your own personal vocabulary to create your own personal list too .

Here’s a secret… I received… ING words… no matter what the meaning of the word we prefix… is a REMINDER to stay “in Gratitude”…

When writing about Jesus, there is a child-like excitement, so many memories begin to flood my joy… brings a smile to my heart… to only begin to understand how powerful a presence he’s been in  my life… revealing to me… the HOW, NOW that I may share it… that this KNOWING maybe revealed to you too!!

I learnt along the way, that Jesus is a RELATIONSHIP experience with ALL THAT IS life has to offer!! Any THOUGHT I surrender to him… returns with the ANSWER… an experience from his life… that I can learn from.

When I find my self WANTING… I realise… that I already have it in HIM and THROUGH him it manifests as I CHOOSE to see it!! I realised, that through my relationship with him… everything truly begins to look feel and BE like him… guiding a new perspective.

Jesus hasn’t ever… in my relationship with him… TOLD ME WHAT TO DO… HE just reveals to me… two perspectives from which I am free to choose… and as I learnt from him, I now give myself the CHOICE to live in his vibration… of Gratitude… and in staying connected through Gratitude… I’ve learned how to LET GO… Knowing.

Jesus, has showed me… in his own special way… how BLESSED my life is… with Gratitude!! His life helped me understand, how each LiFE EVENT… has shaped the person I am… in looking back… I am overwhelmed… awestruck at the WHY’s of those times that have now become my testimony!!

Jesus’ life represents ALL THAT IS possible… Everything you can dream of he’s already DONE or been through… the magic is in finding your own PERSONAL interpretation of your own life… The person of Jesus is the COMMON MAN… the COMMON LIFE… and all about COMMON SENSE responses that he drew into his COMMON CONVERSATION!!

“Gratitude is US”… is a LIFE TIME legacy that he leaves back… to remind us… of HIMSELF through us… He came that Gratitude may evolve through him… and in creating our own personal experience of him… radiate through us too!!

I choose to wish you a Gratitude Experience that will change your life forever… just like it has for me! May the Gratitude within you find expression and radiance through your own special perspective… and live through you as you share it with others!!

Since I began writing my first book last year in April, I kept looking for the RIGHT editor, the RIGHT time, the RIGHT campaign, the RIGHT million other things!

Then this morning when I woke up, all I was hearing in my head is “Make an E-Book and release it!!” and so, like the many times in my life, that I have acted on prompt alone, I present to you MY FIRST book, K.A.A.M the power manifesting tool, that is a book presented through me, yet comes from the SOURCE of WHO I AM!! A book that in fact has only been written by me. The content, the energy of this book is governed by the ALL KNOWING and I feel blessed to have been chosen to share it!!

May the vibration of the book draw you to a deeper understanding of WHO YOU ARE and WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE to be by PAYING ATTENTION to YOURSELF!!

Relationships: There’s more to it than meets the SIGH!!

We, are all drawn to each other by the LAW OF VIBRATIONAL EXPANSION… L.O.V.E!!! Each Vibrational meeting develops over mutual exchange of energies and develops further into what we call RELATIONSHIPS!

Therefore, before you begin, you must understand, that you MUST ALLOW yourself to ACCEPT the PANORAMIC expression of a relationship.

A relationship, begins with the exchange of VIBRATIONS for e.g. when we as much as brush past each other, your VIBRATION meets mine, we’ve ALREADY begun, a relationship. Where it goes from that first vibrational exchange, is what we call, DESTINY!!

A relationship, much like everything in our lives is drawn by desire to experience a new feeling. This could be with a person or thing!! Our relationship begins with DESIRE and continues to grow, even beyond our times together!! A relationship impacts your being and these points of IMPACT are most often called MEMORIES!!

At a subconscious level we invite relationships into our life to draw us to a deeper understanding of our own evolution from the “I” to “We”. Most often, we’re circumstantially drawn to that WHICH we EXPECT from a relationship, that is the first step really!! WE BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANT!!!

So, what I am getting to really, is that all are RELATIONSHIPS are in our experience by our invitation, for us to discover ourselves through it. In every relationship we will find a piece of WHO WE REALLY ARE!!

If we were to move our attention from our expectations in a relationship from the other person, to our REALISATION of our own growth, because of the relationship, we will continue to draw WOW experiences!

It’s a fascinating experience to even begin to touch upon the larger perspective of relationships. Where we move from what the relationship is from the perspective of our EXTERNAL UNDERSTANDING, to a deeper more meaningful INTERNAL UNDERSTANDING of the beauty of each relationship in our personal evolution.

I have but just touched upon a PERSPECTIVE so large, that it would be wiser to let you draw your own relationship canvas before, we can begin to share a completely new PERSPECTIVE from which to live each relationship!

Remember to ReMEMBER, what you’ve understood or been made to understand by your different relationships. ALLOW your thoughts to take you through your own experiences. Don’t judge the thoughts, ACCEPT them, let L.O.V.E expand your PERSPECTIVE.

For from the many PERSPECTIVES of a relationship are born our experiences. Our Experiences, create our DESIRES and our DESIRES are the THOUGHTS we manifest!!!

So, I’ll sign off… leaving you to broaden your view, to discover that with this new perspective, there’s more to RELATIONSHIPS than meet the SIGH!!!

 

DeePositive 2011: Celebrate the child within

We spend a majority of our thoughts on worrying and working ourselves into an emotional frenzy trying to get things done as per our plans and goals. We’ve all been taught to make goals and persevere till we get reach each goal… diligently, following in the footsteps of every person who’s reached their goals.

Following “If x can… So can I” or “if x did… So MUST I”. It is wonderful to have x inspire you to take the first step. It is actually wonderful that you found an x who did take the first step. You’ve attracted the x who took the first step into your awareness.  You have sub consciously been asking for proof that there is an x who reached where you want to be.

Well, that’s almost all the information that you will need to BEGIN the journey  of the most unique experience of your life… discovering the UNIQUENESS of your MOTIVATION to follow through on every thought that makes you smile.

The greatest breakthrough in your life will have an external catalyst. These catalysts come in many forms, people we know, books we read, media, mediums, quotes and success stories of others. Each of these is but a path from which we CHOOSE.

The important thing to remember as we continue our  personal “thoughts become things journey called “LIFE”. The COMBINATION of the external catalyst finding and internal catalytic thought to create the LIVE event that finally becomes our EXPERIENCES.

We are all born with success in our DNA!! We are the brave ova that made it through to the world of the living and that is all the victory that you NEED to live all your life… Your greatest victory was being the lucky egg who got fertilised!!! And that is the victory celebration of each year… in human terms… YOUR BIRTHDAY!!!

So, away with all the need for external approval! You were internally approved to live the perfect life by the choices you made while you continued to evolve in your mother’s womb. You were intelligent enough to create a strategy for life in the womb. YOUR intelligence framed the story of your life even before your mother held you in her arms for the first time. Your greatest victory was the day you were born!!!

The rest, is the piecing together of all your KNOWING in the womb to the ALLOWING of this knowing into the LIVE event of your LIFE. With each year, you’ve reached a newer renewal of that which you ALWAYS KNEW… YOU developed a greater ACCEPTANCE of the way things began to turn out and life continued to be a series of events.

Till one day, your belief in everything is challenged by an external circumstance… called SOCIAL KNOWING, SOCIAL ALLOWING, SOCIAL ACCEPTING and SOCIAL MANIFESTING. You begin to BELIEVE, I am using the word BELIEVE, since there isn’t any real proof of KNOWING. Believing comes from circumstantial evidence to prove a point. so, you begin to BELIEVE:

“If x can… So can I” or “if x did… So MUST I”.

and the process of being human begins to eat into your KNOWING till it brings you back to the reality of WHO YOU REALLY ARE!! It takes many experiences to draw you back into the KNOWING you had in your womb… often leading to turning points in many relationships including that with your parents and society in general that you crave to find a deeper meaning of LIFE. Eventually, you do find your KNOWING through the deeper grasp of the inner understanding of who you are… you can call upon your deeper knowing by revisiting yourself through inventing ways to rekindle the child within. For the child within is the ALL KNOWING, ALL ALLOWING, ALL ACCEPTING and ALL MANIFESTING of your own personal reality and can bring into your awareness the greatest joy of living your life from your KNOWING in the WOMB.

The confidence of a child is the KNOWING that it was the ONE egg that made it and so, all VICTORY is theirs on DEMAND. Which is why there are references all over of CHILDLIKE FAITH, CHILDLIKE CONFIDENCE, CHILDLIKE TRUST.

Let 2011 be a year of the CHILD WITHIN!!! Celebrate the child with yourself, celebrate the child at work, celebrate the children around you!!!

Gratitude is victory of Faith over FACT!!!

To all of you who have begun using the power of Gratitude to ALL THAT IS for ALL THAT IS!!!

When we begin to follow the path of Gratitude, a greater inner healing begins. This has been my experience with Gratitude to ALL THAT IS for ALL THAT IS. The gap is really the amount of “awareness of the process” of aligning to Gratitude from a deeper more complete perspective.

Since I begun my work with Gratitude, I’ve learnt a lot about the gap of knowledge between being in Gratitude and BEING GRATITUDE!!

When we first begin to use the phrase, we’re almost like little children with a new toy, we dabble with the thought all day long, completely love it. Its so wonderful that we accept the abundance without question… then comes phase II… when we begin to use GRATITUDE with a NEED for proof… and this happens when we begin to CONSCIOUSLY and conditionally begin to use the phrase to seek SPECIFIC results… this is when Gratitude becomes conditional and less effective for our awareness is in the PROOF not in the KNOWING!!

As I continued to express gratitude for this new awareness, at a subconscious level, the cleansing began. I can promise you, that every thought challenged the very belief of “Gratitude to ALL THAT IS for ALL THAT IS”, it felt like GRATITUDE itself was conspiring against me… challenging me to take a leap of faith and land by chance!! Lucky me… Faith won over fact… and I live to this day to share this KNOWING!!  

So, here’s my advice to you… if life seems a little tougher instead of easier… celebrate it!! It is in this phase that you are being refined from within, cleansed of conditions and conditional restrictions… ACCEPT this phase for the sheer joy of the victory of Faith over Fact… for Gratitude is the greatest gift of faith… and the greatest testimony of FAITH!!

Have you ever heard that a successful person put fact before faith??? Have you ever heard a success story without the experience of a greater faith and gratitude before the big break! If you feel you’re sinking in the circumstance… it’s time to ALLOW Gratitude to give you the wings to take flight!!!

Know Allow Accept Manifest… Gratitude to ALL THAT IS for ALL THAT IS!!

Experience a Miracle… We ARE!!!

How often have you read posts and books on inspired lives and love and here we are … still waiting for the miracle to HAPPEN… waiting that the miracle is someone outside of our imagination that will some day or at some given moment pop out of a box so that we can exclaim it a great day in our lives, having received a MIRACLE!!!

If you too feel that you can totally relate to the first paragraph… well then.. I have news for you… it’s only normal to understand a miracle as an external source… and accept it with so much disbelief… that the first sentence usually is… “I don’t believe this… it’s a miracle.” A miracle is often an occurrence beyond our physical understanding and imagination of HOW!!

Here, let me introduce you, to what I have now understood to be the greatest miracle of God’s creation… YOU as the external I… and ME as the I, I am… and in the collective of creation WE... All parts of the same source.

Why then must we not rejoice each day and jump for the joy of knowing that the greatest Miracle of life is really the We we are. Look at it this way…

We are created in God’s own image and likeness, we therefore have a greater responsibility to live a life of JOY and ABUNDANCE! For the God who created us, created ALL THAT IS!!

We are exclusively created, we are unique. We may look similar to another, we may speak in a similar manner, we may even share a name… but the I that we are… is unique to us… there will never be anyone else who can take our place!! I am the only me… there will ever be!!!

YOU, I , WE are the REAL miracles for even though each one of us leads a life so different from the other, the common bond is CREATION itself, why then MUST I look for a miracle beyond ME… Why must you look for a miracle outside of YOU… Why should WE ever stop to sigh… when we’re the MIRACLE we’re always waiting to acknowledge.

I pledge to always remember that I am the greatest miracle of God’s creation by birth… Each breath is a reminder that I am a miracle and uniquely gifted and created by God!!

Here’s a warm HUG to acknowledge the Miracle I AM and acknowledge the miracle YOU ARE, to acknowledge the collective miracles WE ARE!!!\

The power of INTENT

The power of INTENT is the most crucial part of leading a manifesting life. For it is your deepest intent that is often your dominant thought… and it is this DOMINANT thought that manifests!!!

We have not been told often enough to be AWARE of our INTENTIONS… We’ve been made to understand, I say this for me and you’re free to agree or disagree… that INTENTION has been a word associated with praying for the self or others. The priest says, “now pray for your own personal intentions”.

Intention is really the base thought from your head that leads you along the path you CHOOSE to follow… An intent is a brilliant way to track your follow through… to ATTRACT your follow through on any dominant subject on your mind. The process is so smooth, that you don’t actually realise the POINT OF SWITCH… from thinking a particular thought to begin the process of manifesting it.

This example can be most experienced in our everyday relationships with people and things. Do you know someone who ALWAYS has a problem??? If you do, I’d like you to take a moment right now and recall a conversation with that person. Their communication… more often than not will be filled with problems or mentioning of it or experiences of it… the base FEELING is filled with the awareness of that particular problem and hence the process of attracting MORE problems RELATED to it becomes their magnetic field. Hence, knowingly or unknowingly… they draw similar experiences to themselves.

Therefore, if we continued to remain AWARE of our INTENT it would be easier to magnetise SPECIFIC experiences into our lives and be filled with MORE of what we want… rather than COMPROMISING with what is happening and calling it DESTINY!!!

If our INTENT is focused therefore on Gratitude… We will continue to magnetise more gratitude into our everyday lives. We will continue to magnetise more people to whom we radiate gratitude and through whom we will continue to receive more awareness of the little things in our own lives we may have forgotten to express gratitude for.

Each day… We must begin our day with the INTENT of Gratitude… that, with each breath a greater awareness of Gratitude may fill our lives and give us a chance to CONTINUE to remain in the VIBRATION of Gratitude.

Yes!!! You will meet people who are seemingly UNGRATEFUL, seemingly unhappy, seemingly under the weather figuratively, through Gratitude, you’ll only magnetise HOW TO MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER and HELP them switch back to the VIBRATION of Gratitude… Remember, they are attracted to you through the magnetic vibration of Gratitude, that they too may experience it. This is an empowered moment… and empowered feeling and the joy of it is ALLOWING gratitude to lead you THROUGH these communications. Gratitude, begins to use YOU as a tool to BRING a GREATER EXPERIENCE of Gratitude into your OWN life… by RADIATING it into the lives of those around you.

… A grateful heart reaches straight back at you to let you know that it has received from you with gratitude!!! This is the best feeling to get right through your day!!!

Learning to use the POWER MANIFESTING MANTRA

I know you’ve been wondering why there hasn’t been too much activity on the DeePositive Life blog, well, here’s some really good news especially for those of you who are trying their darndest to loose some extra flab around their bones for the right reasons! I’ve been wanting to do that for years and have finally found a truly enlightened way to begin the journey of resculpting my body to feel the power and confidence of me that I’ve claimed I didn’t need till I reached within and met the really really hot young Dee who only hid behind the kgs to fight taking the step out of her comfort zone. I’ve been asked by many how I’ve enabled this change and I smile… for it isn’t the world’s greatest secret really but the greatest gift I’ve given myself to allow the beauty I know is within to begin to shine bright on the outside ;)

In my growing years… I don’t mean the physical growing alone ;) I used to defend every ounce of fat on my body and rubbished anyone who said anything contrary to what I wanted to hear… Can I see you nodding right now… ha ha ha ha… I knew I wasn’t the only one!!! Thank God I wasn’t of the variety that were made fun of and chose to run and hide for cover hoping that they’d never have to face another large joke!

I took to dancing and sports and realised even more confidently that my fat was just the outer cover to protect me from the all those who would ever be attracted to what they saw instead of being attracted to who they met. I’ve still had the pleasure of having many admirers for the sheer confident person I am, often, have had people not make a pass for the fear of getting hit below the belt… not a very pretty way to feel I guess!!

Till last year, I couldn’t have really been bothered, even with the High Blood Pressure and the lurking sugar levels… to me…. being me… meant being FAT and that is the ONLY way I really knew me… and that is the way I chose for someone else to come along and learn to love me!!

Till Gratitude taught me a new way to be… I discovered a whole new special me… and so as a part of my spiritual KNOWING ALLOWING ACCEPTING and MANIFESTING of the INNER ME… I am choosing to share the process with you… that you may find your INNER you that you want to radiate without and live a real and complete DeePositive Life on the whole. A new reason to reach deep within to find the new perspective from which this life will radiate!

I found myself wanting to know why I held on to so much of the excess weight for so many years… and longed to free myself of the bondage of being the way I am… just to open a new window of PERSPECTIVE and rejoice in the new view of me!!

I allowed the power of KNOW ALLOW ACCEPT MANIFEST to the test… and here’s what I found:

1. I KNOW I want to be a perfect me… to radiate a perfect me…
2. I ALLOWED the new thought to become my point of KNOWING!! I saw a slimmer me, a very very healthy me stare straight back at me through the eyes of gratitude and I liked what I saw… I continued to search for it everyday in Gratitude and continued to live it each day through the true feeling of Gratitude till it began to be the regular image of me that kept peeping at me each time I closed my eyes. It became such a regular feature that I began to close my eyes longer to live this moment stronger… I had ALLOWED this KNOWING.
3. I then began the next step of the process… ACCEPTING the new me… with Dedication Enthusiasm… ACCEPTED myself, accepted the compliments from others, ACCEPTED a new size of clothes, ACCEPTED a new way of dressing up, ACCEPTED that I didn’t have to hide my FAT away because I was ashamed of it… Through gratitude I learned to ACCEPT this change… from within and wanted to test it outside, I chose to see pictures of mine in which I looked really fat and learn to ACCEPT them with Gratitude as a perfect beginning to the END process. How could I ever appreciate the change if I couldn’t look at the reality with Gratitude!!
4. What I NOW KNOW, ALLOW and ACCEPT is beginning to MANIFEST… even though the weighing scale still doesn’t show it… those around me seem to see it… I feel it… my clothes KNOW it… I have started buying a size smaller and that is the true benchmark for this new beginning.

Isn’t it fascinating to simply see changes that make you feel so very very different only in a matter of days… as thoughts continue to become things… and my need to sustain this continues to become stronger… I am choosing to share this with you… that you too may aspire to make this small SHIFT in thought and CREATE a whole new reality.

For those who don’t BELIEVE, well… it’s a matter of TASTE ;) I have used this successfully because I graduated from this being a story of BELIEVING and RECEIVING to KNOWING and MANIFESTING!!! You are free to CHOOSE that which you most want to DO… let the KNOWING come from within that you may manifest it without!!
